For two years running, I have experienced significant anxiety following my annual checkup at your office.
In 2024, I was provided with an incorrect diagnosis and immediately persuaded to start medication. Fortunately, I insisted on a retest, which proved the initial diagnosis was wrong.
In 2025, following my annual physical, I received erroneous bills from Labcorp and Triibe Medical. My insurance company informed me that the visit was wrongly coded and instructed me to have Triibe Medical correct it to an 'Annual Physical Check-up' to avoid charges. Despite calling your billing department, speaking with office staff, and messaging your website, I have received no response.
Due to these recurring issues, I have decided to change doctors. However, I need you to correct the billing coding for my 2025 visit immediately."
